To require the state department that manages delivering selective government subsidies to certain corporations and developers (the “Michigan Strategic Fund”) to post on its website all “meeting material” within 24 hours after a board meeting (which is where the subsidies are approved). These would potentially include the dollar amounts of these taxpayer-funded subsidies, which are currently held as a government secret.
