Establish system to give prisoners good ID when released

To require the Department of Corrections to take steps in the 60 days before a prisoner is released on parole to assemble documents needed by the Secretary of State to issue a state ID or drivers license to the individual upon release, as proposed by House Bills 5379 to 5381.
