Require conviction before landlord can eject assaultive, drug-law violating tenant

To require that a tenant have been convicted of assault, battery, or drug crimes before a landlord can seek to evict them for these acts. Under current law landlords must notify police of the reason for this kind of eviction but do not have to wait for a conviction to proceed.
