Require state develop injured youth athlete opioid pamphlets

To require the state Department of Health and Human Services to develop educational materials and training program on the dangers of opioid addictions for injured youth athletes. Teams and organizers would have to ensure that the materials are given to athletes aged 14 to 17, which could include having to watch a video.
