Let teachers unions bargain to stop privatization

To repeal a ban on teachers unions and school districts engaging in collective bargaining over whether to privatize non-instructional school services (busing, food and janitors the most common), and another ban on bargaining over using teacher tenure and assessment criteria different from what is specified in state law.
