Establish an annual “Public Lands Day”

To establish that henceforth the last Saturday in September of each year shall be known as "Public Lands Day” in Michigan, in recognition of the conservation benefits of this state having more state forest and other acreage controlled by the government than any other state east of the Mississippi.
