Revise detail of auditor general authority

To clarify that the legislature’s auditor general’s authority to examine confidential information held by each state agency also includes "electronically stored information” and “confidential information.” The auditor would be subject to the same restrictions and sanctions on improperly disclosing confidential information as personnel in the relevant agency.
