2014 Senate Bill 1158: Exclude federal “exchange” insurance from autism mandate reimbursements

To exclude from state reimbursements insurance claims for treatments related to autism that are paid by a subsidized policy sold through the federal health care law “exchange.” Insurance company reimbursements were part of a 2012 law imposing an autism coverage mandate on insurers.   Official Text and Analysis.
