2013 House Bill 4260: Revise mammography report disclosure details

To require the summary and written report of a mammography examination sent to a doctor or patient by a federally certified mammography facility to include cautionary information regarding breast density if the patient is determined to have “heterogeneously or extremely dense breast tissue”.   Official Text and Analysis.
