2011 Senate Bill 758: Ban unemployment benefits to workplace crime perp

To prohibit an individual who has been charged with committing a work-related crime against an employer from collecting unemployment benefit payment based on that (former) employment. If the charges are dropped the person would get the payments retroactively.   Official Text and Analysis.
