Revise Detroit “2 million population” reference in road law

To revise the state road funding distribution law to change references to Wayne County as a county that contains a city with a population “greater than 2 million.” The bill would change this to 750,000. In recent years Detroit has seen its population fall from over one-million to less than 900,000.
