To increase the membership of the five-member Michigan Catastrophic Claims Association (MCCA) board to include one member representing insurance agents, and three members representing the general public. MCCA is the entity established to provide reinsurance to cover the liability of individual auto insurance companies to pay unlimited medical claims, as required by the state no-fault auto insurance law. Its board is now comprised of the companies to which it provides reinsurance.
